Ah, sleep! It eludes so many of us at bedtime, even though we were utterly exhausted just minutes before. We would all love to know how to fall asleep more quickly! Here is an article that is anything but a snooze, and which we hope will help you enjoy a good night's rest!

How to fall asleep more quickly: a few tips!

  1. Cut out stimulants

A word to coffee and tea addicts and anyone else: we strongly advise you to stop drinking caffeinated and energising drinks from 4 pm onwards.

  1. Switch off the screens

Television, tablets, and phones are all very stimulating for the brain. It receives information and needs to process it. For a wind-down period, it is advisable to stop using screens at least one hour before bedtime. Pick up a good book instead!

  1. Try a herbal tea
