Return procedure

In case you wish to return a part where the entire order of your order, you have a withdrawal period of 14 working days from the receipt of the package or its removal in relay point.

For this, you must inform us of your return approach by email at the following address: contact the reasons for the return so that our customer service is informed of the return of your articles and that a procedure is open.

Missing or damaged products

Damaged or missing products, at the time of receipt of the package, will be replaced.

For any missing or damaged product, the customer will have to send photos of the products damaged by email to [email protected] by mentioning his order number.

Returns

The return fee are exclusively the responsibility of the customer.

No return in relay will be accepted (whether colissimo or world relay).

The goods must be returned to the new state and in their original (non-damaged) packaging, not desceased (for packaged products) and not used, failing which the refund can not be made. If the goods are returned in a package which is the cause of a receipt of the goods in poor condition or damaged, the return will be refused (it is the responsibility of the buyer to return the goods in an adapted package).

NB: Products that have been washed, even if they have never been used, can not be returned.

No refund will be granted for parcels for which no element identifies the sender (name, first name, address, command number).

Returns packages put an average of 5 working days to be returned. We advise you to prevail your follow-up numbers.

Once the article returned and after verification of its condition, our team proceeds to the processing of your file (this step can take up to 10 working days). If the return is accepted by our teams, you will receive a bank account rebate or the PayPal account that will have been used to purchase within 4 to 5 working days (according to your bank).

Regarding the returns of products sold by lots, it is forbidden to return an incomplete lot. If the client returns a lot, he must send him back in his entirety, on pain of seeing the reimbursement of the latter canceled.

In the case where the Customer took advantage of a shipment with shipping charges offered and after a return of products, the amount of the order no longer corresponds to the amount defining the free shipping costs, a participation in the shipping costs incurred for the first shipment may be requested.

If you have not recovered your parcel in relay point

When an order is not retrieved in relay point or post office, it is usually returned to us (it can be 10 days ready). As with returns, we treat the parcels not recovered within 10 days. You will then be offered a reference of the order at your expenses. If you do not want the reference, the order will be refunded (by deducting the amount of the shipping costs we have to set for the first shipment).

Transactions dating from more than 180 days can not be refunded.
