French beans are an ideal July vegetable for babies. Rich in fibre, vitamin B9, and minerals, they pair easily with other foods. Let's get straight to it!
French bean and Kiri mash recipe for babies (from 6 months):
- French beans (a handful)
- 1 Kiri cheese portion
- 2 large potatoes
- Still mineral water
1. First, top and tail the beans and rinse them
2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes
3. Steam for 20 minutes (extend if needed)
4. Place the vegetables in a blender, adding a little of the cooking water and the Kiri cheese
5. Blend until you have a smooth consistency

Time for something sweet! Blueberries are back on the shelves, much to our delight! Their wonderfully fragrant aroma will awaken your baby's taste buds.
Apple and blueberry compote recipe for babies (from 6 months):
- 60g blueberries
- 1 apple
1. Wash the blueberries
2. Peel the apple
3. Steam everything together until the apple is soft
4. Blend everything together to obtain a smooth compote. Add a little water if needed
