How to use your Claricup menstrual cup?

First, before the start of your period and between each use, be sure to sterilize your menstrual cup. Before using it, wash your hands, then fold your menstrual cup in half and insert it into your vagina. Rotate it a few times and gently release it so that it unfolds. 

Note: We recommend that you do not wear your cup for more than 6 hours
